Overview:
Working within the design team, solely responsible for mens and womens swimwear, accessories and lifestyle.
Research and creation of mood/presentation boards, undertaking research and development trips. Working closely with Garment Techs to ensure garments and accessories fit correctly. Working with Buyers to deliver products on time and within budget. Working with Merchandisers on seasonal planning.
Managing a Design Assistant, setting expectations and targets, providing constructive feedback and support for career development.
